The defendants, of no fixed address, are facing a two-count charge of assault and breach of peace. The prosecutor, Sgt. West’s family announced his death Saturday through a verified Facebook page.
While appearing on the “Batman” television series, West posed on thecover of LIFE magazine’s March 11, 1966, issue.
